Dr. Nancy Earle is both a Physical Therapist and a Certified Health Coach and has been helping seniors for over 30 years to stay strong and independent for life. Nancy has experience in tailoring wellness programs to the unique needs of older adults at any stage or life or medical condition. 

 

2.  What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaching is like having a partner or personal health guide by your side to help support and guide you to better health. Health coaching is a holistic approach to wellness. It not only considers your physical health but also factors in nutrition, sleep, stress, weight and many other aspects of health for seniors. Each person has unique needs, and this is all discussed during the initial evaluation. Together we will come up with a plan to meet your unique goals.  Health Coaches are specifically trained in evidence-based approaches to support lasting change, side by side together helping you reach your personal wellness and health goals.  

3.  Does Medicare pay for wellness Services?

No. Health Coaching & Wellness Services provided by Aloha PT Care, LLC are not covered by any insurance. 

4.  Do I need a referral or doctor’s prescription for wellness services?

You do NOT need a referral or prescription to receive Health Coaching or Wellness services. 

5.  What is the difference between Wellness and Physical Therapy?    

 Skilled Physical Therapy services are medically necessary; they are covered by insurance and require a doctor's referral.  Wellness services are NOT considered "medically necessary" and are not covered by insurance. If you are unsure of your needs, please call for a FREE consultation. 

6. How do I make a payment?

     Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or Credit Card.
